Connor Tindall, PsyD

 

Connor Tindall is a Post-Doctoral Intern at Berkeley Therapy Institute and a registered psychological associate. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Prior to coming to Berkeley Therapy Institute, he trained at the Psychological Services Center of CIIS, and at Hyde Street Community Services/Tenderloin Outpatient Clinic. Connor prefers a blended approach to therapy which utilizes behavioral interventions to manage issues in the short term, and existential and psychodynamic therapy approaches to treat the root causes of issues in the long term. He has experience working with clients experiencing psychosis/altered states, trauma related issues, LGBTQ+ populations, and clients of diverse ethnic/cultural backgrounds. Areas of interest/specialty include psychosis, trauma, depression, anxiety, and issues of identity and meaning. Connor strives to tailor his approach to each individual client, and work collaboratively with them towards healing.
